domain name

  I have a blog with the following adress: oma1design.wordpress.com. Can a register a domain with a different address such as omadesign.net or omadesign.com (without that 1 in the name of the domain) and the content be the same?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes – however

  omadesign.com – has been squatted on and for sale $ 1,200 or so
  omadesign.net – is available and can be registered through WordPress.COM (I think they do a .net extension – if not you can to to someone like Name Cheap and register it) if you want, then you also need domain mapping to change the address ( registration $ 5.– / year – mapping $ 13.– / year)
