  shriverlab.com is not your site. You are an admin on that site, but that site belongs to another account, and I don’t see any redirects on that site, just a domain, and that domain is loading fine for me.

  If there’s a problem with that domain, we can only help the owner with it directly, so if the other account is also yours, please log in as that account and open a new support ticket so we can help with this.

  There is no possible way for you to know which upgrades someone posting here owns.

  In this case, the presence of the wpcomhelp tag in the sidebar is a very clear indicator that the OP does not own a plan. That tag shows they were sent to the forums by the support contact form. Had they owned a plan, that form would have sent them to live chat or email support instead.
