  Hi, my renewal did not go through for qigraphics.com, can you help me retrieve it? So sorry but I’d like to get this back ASAP if possible. Thank you!

  Hi there,

  I checked and qigraphics.com is now in a redemption period. The charge is a $80 late renewal fee in addition to the $18 we charge to renew the domain. Please confirm here if you agree to pay the fees and I will begin the domain restoration process along with providing a manual payment.

  If you replied to the forum notification email, those go to a no-reply address, no one receives them. You have to visit the forum again to post your reply.

  I have sent a payment request for the $98 owed to the email address on the account which owns the domain.

  Once paid, we’ll contact our domain partner to restore the domain. The whole process takes about 2 to 3 days.

  Hey Chuck,

  Well here’s some good news… your domain is all good to go! If you head to https://wordpress.com/domains/manage, you’re able to set this domain back to being your primary domain from there. Also, if you head to https://wordpress.com/domains/manage and select “Name Servers and DNS” > DNS Records, you can click the trash can icon next to the external “A Records” that are listed there. This will allow your domain to show up with your WordPress.com site.
