  We’ve updated our credit card for billing, why is our domain name expired??

  “Eddie’s Gravel Supply LTD. ” is not available at the domain eddiesgravelsupply.com right now. This domain expired, and it has to be renewed before it is lost.

  Perhaps the domain is reached via a different WordPress.com account to the one you are currently using? This thread has been tagged for staff assistance.

  This is the only word press account we have and I believe it expired today. How do I get it back?

  If you are logged in to the correct account you could renew via “manage purchases”.

  I have looked at “Manage purchases” and there is nothing there to renew.
  I am so confused.

  The domain was created in 2013. This account you are using today was created in 2016 so perhaps you do have another account?
