Domain name

  I deleted my website a few days ago and wanted to start fresh. I had created my old website through WordPress and was going to create my new one with WordPress too. I want to get my domain name back but I can’t figure out how?

  Hi @birchvisualmedia, deleting a site deactivates the domain name. It doesn’t free it up for re-use.

  But we can un-delete a site for 30 days after it’s deleted. Can you send a link to the site you need restored? If it was deleted just recently we can restore the site, which will restore its name.

  Then, if you’re positive you want us to do it, we can empty the site for you. We would not be able to recover anything once the site is emptied.

  Hi,

  The site name was https://birchvisualmedia.com. After you reactivate it am I able to re-buy my subscription and domain name back and re-create my website through word press? In the end I just wanted to re-create my entire website from scratch, but still have the same domain name.
