  If I pay for a domain name will people still have to join word press to view page?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No and they don’t need to now. Provided the blog is public anyone with internet access can view the blog.

  But in order to post on my blog do they have to be a member of wordpress?

  If I make my site beautyandbliss.com instead of beautyandblisssalon.wordpress.com. Would I be able to get better exposure to my site? I have a ton of questions sorry…….

  Yes in order to post to the blog as official users of the blog, not just as commenters, whether or not it has a .wordPress.com address or is on it’s own domain but still hosted by WordPress.com the answer is the same.

  I showed the site to someone to get an opinion on how it looks and they tried to post but it told them they had to register…… I will check out your 2 links ya sent me and see if I am doing something wrong

  hmmmmmmmmmmmmm so if I purchase my domain name in wordpress…… and get the no ads add on………… that would be a good thing incase I would ever have to move my site right? And do you know exactly how much it would cost per year for that?

  No Ads is $30 a year. A custom domain and mapping is $18 a year.
