  Hi, i have just cancelled a package with you. Please can you tell me when the domain name will be released to purchase again?

  Hi there!

  Canceling a domain is not advised if you want to keep using it, even with another provider.

  Since you’ve canceled it soon after the purchase, it should normally be released within 5-7 days but it may take longer and we have no control over it.

  If you need to use the domain immediately, we can send you a link to a manual payment and try to recover it so that you can map the domain to another host.
