  There is no phone support at WordPress.com. Email and Livechat with staff is available when you are logged into an account that has an upgraded plan (that hasn’t expired). What is the address of your site? To get assistance from staff you’ll need to be logged in to the account associated with the expired domain rather than this newly created one.
