  I obtained safechildministries.org through word press our credit cards were compromised twice this year within a 3 month period. it was chaos.. during which time my renewal slipped through and so did my domain. I also have a g suite account connected to my MIA domain name and I can’t get emails, and my domain is supposedly up for grabs just any day now, and I am a nervous person right now.

  Hi there,

  I’m sorry to hear about the credit card issues, but I’m afraid there’s nothing we can do.

  First, you’re posting here using a brand new account created only 7 hours ago. This is not the account that used to own the domain, safechildministries.org, with us, so even if we could still get back the domain, we couldn’t do it at this account’s request.

  But second, that domain has already passed through the redemption period, and at this point there is absolutely no way to get it back. Your only hope is to try and re-register it the moment it becomes available again in a few days, but there is the risk that someone else can also do that, in which case they become the new owner of the domain.

  As for the G Suite, that was also removed from the account when the subscription expired, and it reverted back to Google, so we no longer control that subscription either. Please contact support at Google directly to find out if there’s any way to still recover your emails, or to claim ownership of that account if they haven’t deleted it from their system yet.
