  Hi, I currently have a website example http://www.tensens.com.au, but would like http://www.blog.tensens.com.au. My Domain Hosting Company would like an IP address so they can point the website to your wordpress site.
  Can you please assist me with this?

  You need to map as a sub-domain – see below

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-subdomain/
