  Hi. I deleted all of my site but I want to keep my domain name and take it to another company GoDaddy.com, to build a webpage. How do I retrieve the domain name, ellainbetween.com and take it with me?

  Hi @travellablog2017, you cancelled the domain and received a full refund since you had just barely registered it.

  It goes into a pending status for a few days, then it will be released so you can register it elsewhere. Or, we can invoice you for the domain name cost ($18), restore the site, and have you work on the transfer process. You would point the domain to the host, then work on the transfer, which also takes a few days.

  If you can just wait, I’d recommend that. You’ve got about 4 days to go. Otherwise, let us know and we’ll create the invoice.
