  Please help! I just registered a new domain name for a fee. The name is : NAME.com ,but 1) I can’t find it when typing it into the search bar? why? and please fix it.
  2) under “my Blogs” 2 are shown – as “NAME.wordpress.com & NAME.com.wordpress – when I thought one of the choses is suppose to read as – NAME.com (Not wordpress)
  3) How can I access a copy of my receipt that I purchased the domain name?
  4) Can I delete “loveandwool.wordpress.com and just keep loveandwool.com? – if so – how?
  5) what does Post by emailmean> enable (one of my blog choices sids “yake005, V card/regenerate/delete” – don’t know what this means or how to change it back to “enable” ?

  1) It can take some time for a brand-new blog to appear in WordPress.COM search.

  2. Domain names are always mapped to existing WordPress.com blogs. In this case, NAME.com is mapped to NAMEdotcom.wordpress.com. The two are one and the same.

  3. We don’t have a front-facing receipt system yet, but I have re-sent the receipt to your email address on file.

  4. Since NAME.com is mapped to NAMEdotcom.wordpress.com, you can safely delete NAME.wordpress.com following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/delete-blog/
