  Even my email address is not working. I would like to keep my regsiter and not move to wordpress for the time being?

  That site doesn’t use our managed hosting from WordPress.com. This means that it’s set up on the open source WordPress.org software instead. Help for that comes from https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
