Domain name

    Hello, I have broken my wordpress subscription because I would like to manage my entire website (hosting etc.). However, as the subscription was automatically renewed I lost my domain name and it is no longer available. How do I get it back?

    Ah, sorry to hear that. It looks like you actually cancelled the domain. It was parked for 5 days in case you changed your mind, but after that it entered a redemption state much like an expired domain goes through:

    Domain Expiration

    We can get it back for you, however the registrar does charge an $80 redemption fee in addition to the renewal price. Would you like us to go ahead and send an invoice for that?
