  Hi there,

  I’m trying to pay my domain renewal, but it’s not giving me the option to renew emmagmusic.com. It’s only giving me options for a different domain name.
  Please advise.

  Hi there,

  Your domain expired and is now in redemption. Normally, that requires you to pay for the domain renewal plus an additional $80 redemption fee. We are able to help offset the cost of getting your domain back online by waiving the $80 redemption fee as a one-time courtesy

  I have emailed you a payment form for the domain’s renewal ($18).
