  Hello,

  I started the botama.fr site with a wordpress formula that did not suit me. After refund and two months of waiting to recover the domain name, I chose an alternative host but it is impossible for me to receive a transfer code.
  Today the domain is parked.

  How to proceed ?

  Hi there!

  This is why we do not recommend canceling the domain if you’re planning on using it. Canceled domains are not released immediately but they are also out of our control so we are not able to speed up the process.
  We may still be able to restore the domain so that you’ll be able to transfer it, however, since the purchase was refunded, a registration fee of 15€ is required.

  What can be the delay for the domain name to be free?
  In function and if it is the only solution I will proceed to the registration with WP.

  There is no way of knowing when the domain will be released, it can take several months. As I mentioned, we’re not in control of this process.

  If you wish to use this domain already, let me know and we’ll send you the link to the registration fee to restore the domain back to your account. You’ll then be able to transfer it or map it to another site.
