  My domain expired in March and i’m trying to renew to get it back but not says it’s not available :( can you help please.

  I unfortunately have some bad news.

  We were unable to redeem your domain. Your domain has already been removed from our domain partner’s system so it could not be redeemed.

  The domain should be available to the public and able to be registered five days after the domain enters the pending delete domain status (either today or tomorrow). We can’t make any promises that you will be able to register the domain. However, it is certainly worth trying to register the domain in a few days at *My Site* → *Manage* → *Domains* → **Add a domain to this site*

  I refunded the payment you made for your domain’s redemption.
