  I am new starting a new website.i want a domain name without the wordpress in the name.

  Or you can buy a plan and pick a custom domain. If you want to do that, I’d start here:

  You’ll have an option to pick a domain as you go. Note the paid plans come with a free domain registration or transfer for the first year. After that the domain is charged separately.
