  if i dont have domain name than can i make a website or not

  Hi there – All sites at WordPress.com start out with a free site URL. You can use that for as long as you would like. You will see prompts to purchase a domain, but you can choose to skip those for now.

  If in the future you wish to purchase a custom domain, you will have that option available to you. :)
