  We do not offer a standalone “domain transfer” upgrade, but you can get one for free by upgrading to any of the plans you see here: https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  To clarify all our upgrade plans include the ability to connect a custom domain to your site, and if you already own a domain with another company, the transfer of that domain (to your WordPress.com account) is included in the plan you purchase.
