Hello, I deleted my domain name (GoodGrief.coffee) by accident. Is there a way to get it back?

Do you plan on using that domain here on WordPress.com, or somewhere else?
If you want to use it here, you’ll need to buy a new paid plan for your site. Let us know once you’ve done that, and we can restore the domain.
If you want to use it somewhere else, we have two options:
1) We can send you a link to pay for the domain again, and then restore it to your account. You won’t be able to transfer the domain away from us until you’ve owned it for at least 60 days, but we can help you point it to your new host in the meantime.
2) If you’re willing to just wait a few days, the domain should be released by the registry towards the end of the week, at which point you can register it as a new domain directly where you want to use it.
Let me know which option you prefer.

Id like to move it to use WordPress.org via Bluehost if possible.
Would it be easier to wait until the registry has released it?

Because this is a new domain, I do think it makes sense to wait until it is released in a few days, and then you can register it directly with Bluehost.
New domains (within 96 hours of registration) are available to purchase again approx 5 days from the day they are cancelled. With this in mind you should be able to purchase the domain again from Bluehost in 4-5 days.
