Domain name

    Good day, I need to be put in contact with someone that can please help me. My partner tried to change our domain name and she changed a setting under the following sequence : Settings > General > 1 URL and 2 URL. She changed the 2 URL’s at the top of this settings menus and it is making the site bounce to this domain which is empty. Please can you assist me with reversing this back to my previous domain

    Your site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another host.

    Changing the domain on a stand-alone WordPress site like yours has to follow a specific process. You can find the documentation for that process here, though many hosting providers have their own process for this via their hosting control panel.
