  i cancelled the domain on your site to transfer to another site.

  Hi,

  I can see that you deleted your site and cancelled your domain with us, this action would normally prevent a domain transfer.

  Since your domain was only cancelled today, we were able to restore it enabling you to transfer the domain.

  To transfer your domain to another registrar you need to follow the steps outlined here:

  In future:

  Please never cancel domains you wish to keep using as these are usually managed by a thirdparty “domain registrar”.

  Domain registrars have strict rules around the transfer of domain names and may impose timeout’s to domains that are cancelled preventing your registration or use of them.
