  I do not see any sites under your @hala9926 WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

  Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

  Hello,
  Thank you for responding, I haven’t created my site yet. I am doing the first steps, I purchased a domain name from GoDaddy and want to link it to WordPress to start my site using that domain name.

  If you bought your domain from GoDaddy, and you want to point it to a site hosted on GoDaddy, you’ll want to contact GoDaddy support for help.

  The forum you’re posting in now is for a completely different domain and hosting provider, WordPress.com, and we can only help with sites hosted on our servers, or domains that are registered with us.

  The WordPress you’ll be using on GoDaddy’s end is the open source software made by the community on WordPress.org. For help with that software you can ask that community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/, though they won’t be able to help you in this case either, as you’re not asking for help with a software issue, but a hosting issue. So only your host, GoDaddy, can help you with the current issue.
