  I purchased a domain name kesjewelrynclothes.com I want to stop using kesjewelrynclothes.wordpress.com how do I make the changes

  You bought the domain at GoDaddy. If you wanted to upgrade your WordPress.com site it would have been easier to register the custom domain here. As it is if you upgrade your wordpress.com site to a paid plan you can keep your domain at GoDaddy and map it to your wordpress.com site.
