  I HAVE A WEBSITE ON BLOGGER, I WANT TO CREATE A WEBSITE ON WORDPRESS BEFORE I REDIRECT TRAFFIC HERE. CAN I WAIT TO TRANSFER MY DOMAIN NAME?

  All sites on WordPress.com get a free .wordpress.com address when the site is created, that functions just like any regular subdomain, and your site is fully online and accessible at that subdomain.

  So you can experiment and build your site at that free address and even upgrade the site while still using the free address. Then you can switch the domain over to us only once you’re ready to launch your site.
