  We’ve been using twinbrookpta.org as our domain name. However the domain name is now not working. I get a message to upgrade but when I try to the same domain name is not an option. How can we keep the twinbrookpta.org name? Thank you.

  The domain twinbrookpta.org is already registered with GoDaddy, which is why you’re not able to repurchase it here.

  In order to use that domain as your primary domain for twinbrookpta.wordpress.com, you do need to upgrade to one of our paid plans at this time. You can review the different plan options here:

  Then, you would follow the steps to map that domain to your WordPress site here:

  https://wordpress.com/support/domains/map-existing-domain/#steps-for-mapping-a-domain

  It looks like the domain name servers are already set to WordPress.com, so you just need to get that plan in place and change your primary domain to be twinbrookpta.org.
