  Hi there! I’ve never done this blogging thing before so I’m new to setting things up. I currently use https://yourealmostsomewhere.wordpress.com/?ref=spelling as my domain name but I wanted to remove the WordPress part if possible. Ideally I’d like to just have ‘yourealmostsomewhere.com’. Is there a way to do so? Also, when I simply type in ‘yourealmostsomewhere.wordpress.com’ nothing comes up. I’m sorry as these are probably simple issues but any help is appreciated!

  There is a way to have yourealmostsomewhere.com as your domain and that would require upgrading your plan and buying the custom domain.
