  I want to keep my domain name but not the website builder for £85 per year. I have contacted word press who just ignore me

  The site I need help with is http://www.makeandscoff. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

  Hi there,

  What is the domain? The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites and has never bought any upgrades from WordPress.com, and you did not provide a full domain name in your request above.

  If you bought a WordPress hosting plan from another hosting provider, you need to contact that company directly to cancel and refund that.
