  I’ve been trying to contact WordPress for weeks. I gave WordPress $97 last week to secure my domain name. No one will respond to my inquiries and I’m really concerned someone has somehow purchased my URL in the meantime.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi. If you paid for a “bundle”, you still need to take a few extra steps to complete your domain name purchase.
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/bundles/ (check the paragraph where “unless” is in bold)

  No, I paid to have my expired domain (brownlovesgreen.com) reactivated.

  This is the case number: #997440. Previously, I had correspondance with Erica and then Andrew.
