  I want to upgrade to premium but want to change my domain name to clmconsulting.com I only want to upgrade if I am able to do that because I do not want the 1 in the name for the website. Please let me know if this is possible?

  Yes, you can do that by purchasing the Custom Domains upgrade: http://store.wordpress.com/premium-upgrades/custom-domains/

  This is assuming that the clmconsulting.com domain name is still available, but you will have the chance to check the availability before finalizing the purchase.

  It looks like that domain name clmconsulting.com is already taken by a domain squatter, so you will either have to purchase it from them directly, or use a domain registrar to buy it for you. Either way, it will most likely be significantly more expensive than the normal route. Once you purchase the domain, you can then map it to your WordPress.com site with the Domain Mapping Upgrade: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

  Another option is to use a different TLD instead of .com, such as .net, .me, .bz . Here’s a list of the available TLD’s though WordPress.com http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/#available-domains
