  I deleted my wordpress blog, but I want to create a new one with the same domain name

  The authors have deleted this site.

  You can’t. The warning messages and the confirmation email when you deleted the blog clearly stated that the URL is deleted as well and that it won’t be available for re-use again, even by you. http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/

  Your options are to either register another free address or to see if the URL you want is available as a custom domain: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/
