  Today I created my first blog. I wanted to upgrade my domain. I followed the instructions to have WP register the domain name for me. It seemed to go well; the domain was available, I paid and got a receipt from PayPal. However, now I have 15 credits and no domain. What happened?

  Also, how does one contact WP to ask for a refund? Some FAQ pages say to click on the Feedback link on the top right of the page, but there is no such link. And there is no useful information on the Support page.

  Now that you have the credits, have you tried going back and getting the domain?

  Yes, I tried several times. I got a message that there was a problem or it was unavailable. A few hours later I checked a domain name registrar and found that it was still available, so I registered it.

  I’ve changed my mind about having my own domain. I’ll try to reach WP about the credits.

  What do you do when you find that WP has changed your blog and left out most of your articles? This is not my blog.

  Have you resolved your domain name issue? I have paid my $15 via credit card and have been waiting a week and still no site for my domain name as promised. I also cannot get in touch with any support personnel anywhere… How did you resolve your problem? I am disgusted with wordpress right now. My blog site is fine, but they have screwed me on the url.
