Domain name

    Hello,

    I have downloaded BitNami Stack Word Press application for my mac and on there I have a self-hosted blog. I have registered with bluehost.com and registered with them the domain name ‘www.beautyandthegoss.com’ which I bought from wordpress.com. I now wish to transfer this domain name to my wordpress.org but this does not seem to work, I am unable to change the address on wordpress.org.

    I would consider the guided transfer, providing this doesn’t mean I have to pay for another host as I have already registered with bluehost.com

    Hi there!

    If you’ve signed up for hosting at Bluehost, you should have free domain hosting as well. You should check on this, first and foremost.

    If you know you can transfer your domain to Bluehost, you’ll want to follow the instructions here:
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/transfer-domain-registration/

    We can help on our end, and you may need to take a look at Bluehost’s support documentation about incoming domain transfers.
