How do I edit my domain name?

Do you mean your _____.wordpress.com domain name (as opposed to a custom _____.com domain name)?
If so, you can find instructions for that here:

Please bear in mind that once changed, that site’s original WordPress.com URL will become permanently unavailable for future use. If you feel that you might need that URL again in the future, you might want to start a new site rather than renaming the old one.

Can you help with to other problems? I changed the domain name from Writing&Editing&NorthernMichigan.com to Writing and Editing Services.com because I feared no one would find my website because the first name was so unique. Now I see that when I google writing and editing, that site still does not come up. All I want is for someone to find me if they need those services here. So how can I solve that one? Second, I can still google the first name and not only find it but every page from my website. I don’t what every page visible, just the link to the home page. How do I get that old site out and then how do I prevent publishing the pages after the home page?
