    Id you purchased your domain name form the outfit who contacted you then renew it as directed. The domain mapping upgrade your pay WordPress.com for is for mapping to an existing domaijn name that you purchased elsewhere and is separate form the domain name renewal.

    You are asking about two different names and web sites

    medicalexecutivepost.com – is registered and hosted with WordPress.COM and looks like 6 more months to go to renewal

    healthcarefinancials.com is not registered here and the name servers point not to WordPress.COM and does not seem to be working well – it is up for renewal – you might also want to check with your host
