I actually do not own the domain right now, i have in the past. so those links don’t really apply to the situation.

If you do not own the domain, I am unsure what you are asking to be transferred.
Could you explain a bit further as far as what you are trying to do.

Yes. But if you intend to transfer domain registration. But you might wish to just register it through the registrar you want to use rather than registering it here and transferring.

Well, you should be able to register it here if you’d like.
To add a domain, simply log into your WordPress.com site’s dashboard, click on Store–>Domains, click “register a new domain name”, enter alibennett.com in the box and click the “go” button. Then just follow the instructions that appear to register your domain.

So, the bad news is that because this domain has been registered and canceled and registered and canceled multiple times, it is in the middle of a particularly long cancellation process. At some point it will be released to be registered again, but I cannot give you any particular timeframe. That is up to the registrar.
