  I need to create a blog for “middleeast-matters.deloitte.com”. I have created the domain and everything but don’t know how to do it after. THe web address is
  http://middleeastmattersdotdeloittedotcom.wordpress.com

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The http://middleeastmattersdotdeloittedotcom.wordpress.com site is redirecting correctly to middleeastmatters.com

  As to what comes after, do you mean you need help in getting started?
  http://learn.wordpress.com/ is a great resource for newcomers.

  Or do you mean something else?

  If you own deloitte.com, you need to set up a subdomain of that domain (middleeastmatters.deloitte.com) and map your WordPress.com to the subdomain.

  See here:

  What it looks like you’ve done is register an entirely different, standalone domain, i.e. middleeastmatters.com

  Do you own the domain deloitte.com?

  If your answer is “yes”, add a subdomain (middleeastmatters) and map that instead of the domain you’ve mapped to now.

  If your answer is “no”, someone else owns that domain and you cannot add a subdomain to it if you don’t own it. Stick with the name you’ve registered.

  If you are not associated with Deloitte, be very careful about any kind of possible impersonation, perceived or actual.

  i mean i can use the deloitte.com. I want to create a blog to be appeared

  You need to contact the webmaster at deloitte.com or the domain registrar for deloitte.com to create the CNAME record for the subdomain. Then follow the instructions I linked to above. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-subdomain/

  Please read that document very carefully, especially concerning the Terms of Service if you wish to use a hosted WordPress.com site for the subdomain. Thinking aloud, why doesn’t deloitte simply install the standalone version of WordPress in a subdomain on its own webhost?
