  to whom it may concern

  I purchased my domain name before setting up my blog. I bought the name from Namecheap. How do I change my blog name from theblissballemporium.wordpress to theblissballemporium.com?

  I did try the free premium upgrade but I still couldn’t work out how to change the name.

  Hi Hanna.

  I can see that you’ve already added a domain mapping subscription to your WordPress.com account. Great! That’s the first step complete. :) The next step is for you to update your domain’s name servers directly through Namecheap.

  You can find steps to change your name servers through Namecheap here:

  The following are the name servers needed to point your domain to WordPress.com:

  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  Once your name servers are updated, it’ll usually take just a few hours for the new information about your domain to propagate throughout the web and for you to be able to see your site at its new address. :)
