Domain Name

    hi – we purchased domain name atitlanrising. I see in our account the domain name is atitlanrising.com however, the public address is atitlanrisingdotcom.wordpress.com. Do we need to purchase the premium plan so that the address is just atitlanrising.com?

    Hi,
    Where are you going to host atitlanrising.com? Currently it’s pointing to Bluehost. If you go with them, you won’t need the WordPress.com Premium plan.

    If you choose to host your site on WordPress.com, you’ll need domain mapping which connects your domain with the site content. The Premium plan includes domain mapping so that’s an option.
