Domain name

I registered a particular domain name and asked for a refund because I wanted to use it for an entirelt new wordpress blog . I didn’t bother trying to map it because I thought I’d have to pay an additional 13 dollars. Now I don’t know what to do as I’ve already asked for a refund and the domain name is already registered and it doesn’t seem like I’d be able to use it at all.
