  Hello
  I am wondering if I can connect a domain name I already bought.
  The name has an Ø in it. Do you support that?

  Hello there,

  Yes, you can connect a domain you already own with your WordPress.com website by mapping it as it says on this page: https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/.

  If you read at the bottom of the page, though, it says:

  Internationalized Domain Names (IDNs)

  Your domain name is an IDN if it contains language-specific characters such as ä, û, ע, ж, 字, मा. Domain mapping for IDNs, also known as Internationalized Domain Names, is not currently supported.

  I suspect the Ø belongs with this category, so it may not be supported.
