  I wanted to cancel my premium upgrade from WordPress but wanted to keep my domain but accidentally canceled both. Is there a way to get the domain back? Thank you in advance.

  What is the custom domain name you are trying to recover?

  Since you’re using a Gmail account, our emails can go to your Spam folder or Social tab.

  Carina, I wasn’t trying to post it several times. As it happened, it kept saying ‘error while trying to post’ or something along that line and I kept trying to send it several times then gave up. I only knew they all went through when I saw the reply from Jennifer….

  @daawit – It happens from time to time that the forum software hiccups and creates multiple threads. No biggie, just more work for us volunteers. :)

  Regardless, if you contact WordPressdotcom support by email, an additional forum thread on the same topic won’t help things get resolved faster. Please be patient for Staff to reply to your original support request as only Staff can help you with this particular issue.
