I have once again done all the steps to insert a contact page and it still isn’t on my site. After I do all of your steps and the I click on “view page” I can see the form with my info on it. After that is there something I need to do? Because I get out of my site and then back into it and it is not there. Please help!

Hi Dave,
When you create and publish a page, it’s not automatically shown on your site like a ‘post’.
In order to show the page, you can either modify the ‘menu’ and add item to link to that page or use widget. Basically you need to tell people “Hey here’s the link to contact me”
Give it a try first, let me know again if you still have hard time to grasp the idea, I’ll create another gif to explain :)

Actually, I just got the page to show up where I want it. However, my info (email, name, website) is showing up when you click on the page. How do I fix this so the fields are empty? Thanks.

Dave, I just checked your site and the contact us link is already displayed on the sidebar, directing to the contact us page.
You don’t have to worry about the fields, it’s from the browser. The browser recognise the name and email you input on other site previously and it reuse again so you don’t have to input twice.

Ok, thank you. I would like the Contact page to be at the very bottom, though. I don’t know how to put it under the widget “search bar”. Can you help with this? Thanks again.

In that case, you need to:
1. Create new menu, so we can put the page (that contain contact form)
2. Add new widget > custom menu
3. Choose the newly created menu which has contact form page.Here’s the gif:

Sorry, I’m lost now. I deleted the old contact page and now I can’t re-add it using your instructions. Can you type in what I need to do? The video is so fast and hard to follow. Thanks.

Sorry to bother you again but when I try to add a contact page and then go to Add Items, then Pages, the contact page is not there. I cannot add it at all.

Okay, I just found the contact page (it wasn’t named contact for some reason so I had a hard time finding it). Now every time I try to delete the contact page that’s at the top (the old one) it deletes the new one in the custom menu I just created.
