domain name ALREADY registered but wordpress is trying to sell it to me

  I have registered domain names using another website, however, ‘wordpress.com’ offered to sell it to me AFTER purchasing THOSE domain names? I need to contact wordpress directly with my receipt etc.

  There’s nothing volunteers nor staff can do without the actual domain names you’re talking about.
