Domain name and server
-
Hi, I have a domain afewee.org on wordpress. I recently migrated my site to go daddy and now must point my DNS server to them from my old hosting. However i have been sent round the houses saying im registered with wild west or gssolutions but when contacting these people they tell me i am not and to check with worpress. Please help me locate my hosting and domain registrar so i can get my DNS pointed to go daddy. thanks

Hi there,
As I check your domain ‘agewee.org’ details on https://whois.icann.org/en/lookup?name=afewee.org, it clearly mentions the same registrar data as WildWest and GSSolutions.
Registrar: Wild West Domains, LLC (as mentioned on https://whois.icann.org/en.Although, I am tagging this post for staff’s attention as matters like these can only be resolved by the internal team.

We have no record of the domain name
agewee.orgin our system, and no domain registrations under your account. We are a domain reseller under Wild West Domains, but we are one of many.
Do you recall who you purchased the domain from in the first place?

hi thanks for reply, the domain name you spelt is wrong there, its afewee.org. if this domain is still not under you (wild west) i do not re-call where it was originally purchased as it was all done by an individual…Any other advice please?

hi thanks for reply, the domain name you spelt there is wrong, its afewee.org…
I know you mentioned you cannot find my domain name but is this also the case with my server host? Can you confirm wild west is not my host?

Hi there,
Wild West Domains is a domain provider, not a host. They’re one of the domain providers we use, and afewee.org is indeed registered with us.
However, that domain belongs to a different account than the one you’re using to post here, and only that account can change the DNS settings for this domain.
If you don’t remember your login details for the account you used to register that domain, please follow our account recovery process to regain access:
