Domain name apparently 'reserved',can it be freed?
-
The domain name ujjwalsharma.wordpress.com is listed as reserved even though it does not point to any blog currently. Is it possible that the name be freed?
I’ve seen a previous post where staff member mark has commented that getting in touch with support can let you know if the name can be freed. Please do the needful.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Someone signed up for the username ujjwalsharma two years ago ( https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/ujjwalsharma ). When they did that, they did not get the matching blog, so that matching blog name (address) was reserved for them. No one but username ujjwalsharma can get that blog.

Staff no longer do the running about to try and get someone to give up a reserved blog name.

You can register another blog with a similar name. http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/
Or you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade and it will not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is.
