Domain name assistance

    Hello, all. In early 2019, our organization migrated our website from WordPress.com to Weebly. Our domain name (counseling-csj.org) remained registered with WordPress.com. Over the weekend, a colleague attempted to transfer the domain name to Weebly; however, we are unable to do so and I don’t even see the domain name registered under our WordPress.com account anymore.

    It seems that our domain name is now ‘pending delete.’ Any insight on what’s happened, how to get the domain name back, and get our site back up and running? Happy to provide any additional narrative/detail.

    Update: Got the timeline sorted between the various team members who were working on this issue and are now clear on the issue.

    I have emailed the help team at WordPress.com in case there’s anything that can be done, but in terms of help from the forum, we’re sorted. Thanks!
