Domain name availability and recovery

    Hello,
    I need help and it’s pretty urgent.
    I just canceled my subscription because I couldn’t do what I wanted with it and so I ended my domain name. When I go to check on the internet if my domain name is available (which must be the case since I stopped it) it tells me that it is not available. I have to get it back at any cost and quickly !! How to do ? Thank you

    Hi, it looks like you bought the domain then cancelled it right away, so you were refunded for it.

    I’ll send an invoice so you can pay for it again, then staff can restore it. Or, if you can wait about 5 days, it will be released automatically then. Just let us know if you want to do that and we’ll cancel the invoice.

    Otherwise, please update us here as soon as it is paid.
