I have 2 blogs. One of them is due to have the domain name renewed. The second one does not need to be renewed for several months. I would like to close the second blog and use only the first blog. Can I use the remaining months for the second blog on the first blog and then close the second blog?

Hi there! I’m seeing two domains in your account and their expiration dates are only one month apart. However, the way domains work, carrying over the remaining months on one domain to another is not possible. I’m afraid that you’ll have to renew the first domain to continue using it. Let me know if you had other questions. Thanks!

A couple of my student workers signed me up for wordpress and were supposed to create a site for me. I have a name but have not USED it because of ignorance to how to do a website.
1) May I get credit for this year instead of when they signed up? and
2) if not, will someone be able to assist me so I can understand what I need to do to get this website going and active?Sincerely,

1) No – there is no requirement to use an upgrade – it looks like the domain registration is about to fall back into the wild, (anyone can register it again) there is no requirement to have a custom domain name – you can use http://lorrainetime.wordpress.com/ for free as long as you want
